Registration/Hotel

The MELVI 2025 will be held in combination with the ECF Annual meeting from 15 to 17 May 2025 in Bern (Switzerland). Registration and hotel booking for this event can be carried out on the booking platform of Bern Convention Bureau. The hotel rooms are available from Thursday, May 15th to Sunday, 18th 2025.

Booking deadline
Please note, the deadline for event registration and hotel booking is January 31th 2025.

All official parts of the event, including the preparatory sessions, as well as both the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the 30th Meeting of the European Leisure Vehicle Industry (MELVI), will take place at the Swissôtel Kursaal Bern. Please take this into consideration when making your hotel reservations.
